152 flats Zenith Towers

The Îlot C project at the Cloche d'or concerns the construction of a mixed-use building containing an underground car park, a shopping centre on three levels and two residential housing towers "Zenith 21 and 23".

These two towers have a total surface area of 25,000m2 and reach a height of 60m. All these flats will be equipped with our DOVIT home automation technology.

152 connected flats with standard home automation functions (lighting, blinds and heating) will welcome new occupants in the first half of 2021.
